Locally owned and operated by Husband and Wife Team - Lonnie and Shana Hess. Mr. Hess has over 30 years in heavy construction. Mrs. Hess has over 15 years of project management in manufacturing. The oppurtunity came to purchase the Liberty Dock Company after being associated with the company for several years. Lonnie and Shana brought thier vision to serve customers the old fashioned way "do what you say you are going to do" and a mission to give quality advice, products, and services. The office and plant in Shell Knob promotes and delivers the vision and mission of the Hess's. Our Employees prove that to us everyday, with a committment to our customers, to Liberty Dock, and to each other. With pride in their work, and our products that are all manufactured locally, your dock buying experience at The Liberty Dock Company is quaranteed to be hassle free, on time, within budget and FUN! Austin Cross is our Regional Salesman for The Liberty Dock Company. Austin hales from Colorado but "grew up" on Table Rock Lake in Missouri. He comes to the team with a vast knowledge of what type of dock will work for his customers. Never overselling or underselling. His outgoing personality and his willingness not to pressure his clients made him an easy addition to the team. He can also help with dock expansion, dock repair and dock remodel requests and quotes. His customer base includes but not limited to our customers in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Texas. You may contact him thru our main office number, website or cell phone. Phyllis Edwards is our newest member of the team and is our friendly and outgoing receptionist. She has lived in Shell Knob for many years and has her own Boat Storage Business-Campbell Point Boat and RV Storage. With her vivacious laugh and warm heart she makes every customer that walks thru our doors feel right at home. She is Mrs. Hess right hand woman! On rare occasion that Shana is out of the office, Phyllis can step right in and help our customers with any issue, problems or questions. Talented In House Crew out of the Shell Knob, Missouri area, have also brought a wealth of knowledge to our Shell Knob team! With combined decades of dock install and repair experience, they also love challenges and really enjoy working with our clients. Honesty and hardwork have made the team an irreplaceable asset. Each crew member is knowledgeable on every lift and every dock manufactured in the past and present. Their skills are outstanding. They can handle any situation that our customers might have. Crew leaders include Bob Wharton, Brandon Lewis and Lead Weld is Brad Hashagen. All of our crew Leaders are OSHA Certified in the OSHA 10hr Construction Course and every employee is Forklift Certified. Safety for our crew and safety practices while installing your dock are very important to The Liberty Dock Company. Bob Garrett is The Liberty Dock Company's Dealer in Texas Bob comes to the team with a vast knowledge in construction and general contracting experience. Like all of us at The Liberty Dock Company, he thought getting into the dock building industry would be "fun" and still be able to enjoy his other hobby of raising horses. He has been a great asset to the team in helping customers in Brownwood, Texas and outlining areas build the dock of their dreams. Joe Terracina is our dealer serving our customers in the Louisiana and Florida areas Joe lives in Louisiana and has a brought his knowledge of floating boat docks to The Liberty Dock Team. He also provides Spud Pole Driving Services to our growing list of services that we can offer our customers. His equipment can handle up to 15" x 90' long spud poles for those customers that need their docks to roll up and down spud poles due to severe water fluctuation. Joe is very personable and takes pride in "doing what you say your going to do"! with a Cajun flair! Rayco Marinas out of the Dallas, Texas area. Ray Blair has brought his talent and skills to the Liberty Team. His knowledge of complex projects, marina projects, breakwaters and even wooden docks has added an element to Liberty that is unsurpassed when it comes to all kinds of floating dock issues. In business since the early 80's there is nothing he can or won't do. Ray is a knowledgeable, easy going individual that clients can trust and enjoy working with. His laugh is contagious!
